Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:

Achieve sales targets for the assigned territory and product portfolio.

Identify and develop new business opportunities in urology therapy areas.

Execute territory business plans aligned with company objectives.

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with urologists, nephrologists, and hospital administrators.

Engage KOLs and manage key accounts to ensure continuous business growth.

Conduct scientific discussions and therapy updates with healthcare professionals.

Clinical & Technical Support:
-
Provide product demonstrations, in-clinic support, and training to healthcare teams.

Support physicians during product use or therapy implementation where required.

Ensure accurate dissemination of scientific and clinical information
