Job Description:

Position:        Sr. Executive - Production

Location:       Vapi

Experience:    5 - 6 Years

Industries:    Plastics

Responsibilities:

• Analyze Plan vs Actual Production and conduct gap analysis to identify variances.

• Schedule and reschedule machines and equipment to optimize production flow.
• Ensure line clearance before production start-up and after batch completion.
• Plan resources efficiently, including manpower, materials, and machinery.
• Monitor and control rejections with proper rejection control measures.
• Implement and maintain robust process controls across all production lines.
• Identify root causes of deviations and implement CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).
• Maintain accurate reports and documentation as per quality and audit requirements.
• Initiate improvement plans and conduct training for shop floor staff.
• Prepare control documents, set-up cards, and ensure their proper implementation.
• Generate MIS (Management Information System) related to production KPIs.
• Present MIS reports to management with analysis and improvement suggestions.
• Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and planning teams for smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in production.
