Job Description:
- Business & Vertical Expansion
- Develop and execute a 5-year strategic roadmap for scaling the vertical across India and select global markets.
- Identify and launch new products, programs, and service lines addressing women’s hormonal health.
- Drive clinic, franchise, and digital platform expansion into Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.
- Strategic Collaborations & Alliances
- Partner with market leaders in healthcare, wellness, diagnostics, and technology to enhance reach and credibility.
- Create co-branded initiatives with top-tier corporates, healthcare institutions, and wellness brands.
- Celebrity & Brand Ambassador Management
- Identify, onboard, and manage influencers, celebrities, and public figures aligned with Nuhealth’s brand values.
- Ensure strategic use of celebrity endorsements for credibility, visibility, and market penetration.
- PR & Marketing Leadership
- Coordinate with the PR team for impactful ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing campaigns.
- Oversee media coverage, press releases, events, and community outreach to position Nuhealth as a thought leader in women’s wellness.
- Client Relations & Brand Experience
- Handle High Net Worth Individual (HNI)client relationships with discretion, empathy, and professionalism.
- Ensure luxury wellness service experience at all touchpoints.
- Financial & Operational Oversight
- Drive P&L responsibility for the vertical with clear revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
- Implement operational excellence for cost efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Leadership & Culture
- Build and lead a high-performance marketing, partnerships, and business development team.
- Foster a premium, customer-first brand culture across all functions.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (preferred due to role focus on women’s health and HNI engagement).
- Education: MBA / PGDM in Marketing, Business Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 5+ years in marketing/business leadership, preferably in healthcare, luxury wellness, nutraceuticals, or beauty/cosmetics.
- HNI Client Handling: Proven experience managing high-profile clients.
- Collaboration Skills: Established network with brands, celebrities, influencers, and market leaders.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Presentation: Highly polished, confident, and camera-friendly.
- Work Schedule:6 days (Monday–Saturday), 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Location: Mumbai, with flexibility to travel as needed.
