Sr. Executive - HR and Admin
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Facility & Welfare Management
-
Manage and maintain employee welfare facilities including drinking water, tiffin room, rest room, OHC, latrines, changing rooms, sitting areas, and crèche.
-
Ensure compliance with the Factory Act, 1948 and related statutory norms.
-
Oversee 5S implementation and hygiene standards across the plant and colony.
2. Canteen Management
-
Conduct canteen committee meetings and track food waste, hygiene, and employee feedback.
-
Ensure proper food storage, pest control, staff medical records, food testing (yearly), and gas pressure testing (yearly).

Monitor daily operations including food preservation, utensil tracking, and sitting arrangements.
3. Colony & Housing Management
-
Manage housing facilities including maintenance, water supply, housekeeping, complaint handling, and monthly costing.
4. Employee Engagement & Event Management
-
Organize and execute sports events, birthday celebrations, cultural programs, and other employee engagement activities.

Plan and manage corporate events, annual functions, and festival celebrations.
5. Guest & Travel Management
-
Develop and enforce guest handling SOPs, maintain visitor registers, and ensure high standards of hospitality.

Coordinate staff tours and travel arrangements including bookings and vendor management.
6. Asset & Vendor Management
-
Maintain asset records, ensure tagging, tracking, and preventive maintenance.

Handle vendor selection, rate negotiation, relationship management, and service quality assurance.
7. Housekeeping & Horticulture
-
Supervise housekeeping manpower and monitor hygiene through quality checklists.
-
Plan and maintain greenery, manage plantation records, and upkeep of horticulture equipment.
8. PPM & Office Administration
-
Oversee plant preventive maintenance (PPM) for office infrastructure including civil work, furniture, appliances, etc.

Handle telecom systems and general office administration.
9. Waste, Water & Environmental Management
-
Monitor STP/ETP operations (15KL, 50KL, 150KL, and 10KL respectively).
-
Maintain records for STP, ETP, borewells, rainwater harvesting, and related environmental data.
-
Handle waste composting and compliance with environmental norms.
10. Special Assignments
-
Management and upkeep of the company temple including religious events and cleanliness.

Assist in handling new office projects from planning to execution.
Key Achievements:

Successfully implemented Lighthouse ERP – HR Module at Jay Jagdamba Ltd. (2017)
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Administration/Management)
-
3–7 years of experience in administration or facility management, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
-
Strong knowledge of factory norms, audits (EY, ISO, Internal), and statutory compliance.
-
Certified First-Aider, Fire Fighter; ERP (On-site/Off-site), Mock Drill certified.

Proficient in data handling, vendor coordination, and preventive maintenance.
