Job Description:

Key Responsibilities: 1. Recruitment:

o Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.

o Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

o Implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.

o Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions to support campus hiring initiatives.

o Plan and execute recruitment drives, including scheduling, conducting interviews, and finalizing selections.

o Promote the organization as an employer of choice among students and fresh graduates.

2. Payroll Assistance

o Support the payroll team to ensure accurate and timely salary processing

o Maintain compliance with payroll regulations and labour laws

o Address and resolve employee payroll-related queries.

3. Employee Engagement

o Assist in designing and implementing employee engagement programs and initiatives.

o Organize events, workshops, and activities to boost employee satisfaction and motivation.

o Gather feedback through surveys and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience.

4. General HR Functions

o Support HR management in implementing policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.

o Assist with employee relations, training & development, and performance management.

o Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality.

o Provide support in handling employee grievances and disciplinary procedures.

 

Qualifications

o Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

o Minimum 1 year of HR experience, with exposure to recruitment, payroll, and employee engagement.

o Strong understanding of HR operations, payroll practices, and relevant labor laws.

o Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

o Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
