Key Skills:

• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), CorelDRAW knowledge is a plus.
• Proven ability to create print-ready artwork and digital layouts.
• Attention to detail in typography, alignment, color, and formatting.
• Ability to adapt layouts for multilingual content (Hindi, Marathi, Telugu, etc.).
• Strong understanding of brand consistency and corporate design guidelines.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for collaboration with on-site marketing, content, and design teams.
• Time management and multitasking ability to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Design & Layout: Create and format marketing collaterals including brochures, posters, flyers, banners, newsletters, and reports for both print and digital use.
• Print Production: Prepare high-quality, print-ready artwork; coordinate with vendors/printers to ensure output matches specifications.
• Digital Adaptation: Adapt designs for web, app, email, and social media platforms.
• Multilingual Typesetting: Support layout and formatting of content in multiple Indian languages.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all materials align with our tone, design standards, and branding guidelines.
• Collaboration: Work closely with designers, writers, and the marketing team at the Kurla office to deliver campaign assets.
• Quality Control: Proofread and check final layouts for accuracy, ensuring error-free and polished output.
• Process Support: Maintain version control, organize design files, and ensure smooth workflow with internal and external teams.
• Feedback Integration: Incorporate changes based on input from managers, Creative leads, and business teams.
• AI-Native Mindset: Use AI-enabled design/formatting tools (where relevant) to enhance speed, efficiency, and workflow, while ensuring brand consistency and quality.
