Position:        Production Chemist

Location:        Mehsana

Experience:     2 - 3 Years

Industries:      Pharma - API

Responsibilities:

• Report to the Production Manager on daily production activities and progress.

• Ensure adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for cleaning and equipment operations.
• Comply with Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) specifications and promptly report any deviations.
• Enforce and maintain GMP compliance on the production floor.
• Participate in production planning, manpower allocation, staff training, and troubleshooting Out of Specification (OOS) issues.
• Supervise, verify, and approve 'Area Clearance' at the start and completion of production activities.
• Always maintain hygiene and cleanliness of the production floor.
• Meet production targets as per the approved production plan.

Requirements : 

• Strong knowledge of GMP, SOPs, and regulatory compliance.
• Hands-on experience in production floor management.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for troubleshooting process issues.
• Good documentation and reporting skills.
• Ability to work in shifts and manage manpower effectively.
• Coordination and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Required Qualification: - Diploma/B.E/B.Tech - Chemical
