Job Description:
An RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) Executive is a strategic talent acquisition leader responsible for managing and optimizing the entire recruitment process on behalf of a client organization, acting as an external expert to deliver high-quality candidates and improve efficiencyKey responsibilities include understanding client needs, developing tailored recruitment strategies, managing candidate sourcing and assessment, coordinating interviews, handling offer management and onboarding, and tracking key performance indicators like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire to achieve strategic business goals. 
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Needs Assessment: 
    Collaborate with client stakeholders to fully understand organizational culture, long-term hiring goals, and specific talent needs. 
     
  • Talent Strategy Development: 
    Create and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy aligned with business objectives, including identifying target talent pools and optimal recruitment channels. 
     
  • Employer Branding: 
    Advise on and execute strategies to build and promote the organization's employer brand, attracting top talent. 
     
  • Sourcing & Attraction: 
    Lead efforts to source high-quality candidates using various channels and leverage extensive networks to reach diverse talent pools. 
     
  • Screening & Assessment: 
    Manage the process of screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and administering assessments to identify the best-qualified candidates. 
     
  • Interview Coordination: 
    Handle the complex logistics of scheduling interviews with clients, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience. 
     
  • Offer Management: 
    Oversee the entire offer process, including compensation negotiation and coordination of the onboarding process for new hires. 
     
  • Performance Analytics & Reporting: 
    Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to ensure program effectiveness and provide insights to clients. 
     
  • Onboarding & Integration: 
    Facilitate the onboarding process to ensure new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization. 
     
  • Consultation & Advisory: 
    Act as a strategic advisor to the client, providing expert guidance on talent acquisition best practices and industry trends. 
     
Skills & Qualifications 
 
  • Deep understanding of the entire recruitment lifecycle.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen to align recruitment with business goals.
  • Expertise in various recruitment technologies and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and multiple stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to achieve key performance indicators related to talent acquisition.
