Role & Responsibilities
Role Summary:
The Admin, HR & Accounts Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office administration, HR operations, and accounting tasks. The role demands a multitasker who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing coordination across departments.KRA: Tasks / Activities
Human Resources:

Assist in recruitment coordination and maintain employee records.

Manage attendance, leave tracking, and employee documentation.

Support onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
Administration:
-
Handle day-to-day office administration, vendor follow-ups, and logistics.

Maintain office supplies, petty cash, and documentation.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Accounts:

Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry in Tally.

Support GST filing, invoice preparation, and payment tracking.

Coordinate with external accountants for monthly reports.
KPI: Performance Metrics

Accuracy in data entry and reporting.

Timely submission of HR and accounting documentation.

Smooth daily operations and administrative efficiency.

Compliance with accounting and HR processes.
Skills & Attitude
Required Skills:

Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Good organizational and multitasking ability.
Preferred Skills:

Basic knowledge of GST, payroll, and HR compliance.

Experience in office administration or accounts support.
