  • Role & Responsibilities 

    Role Summary:
    The Admin, HR & Accounts Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day office administration, HR operations, and accounting tasks. The role demands a multitasker who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing coordination across departments.

    KRA: Tasks / Activities

    Human Resources:

    • Assist in recruitment coordination and maintain employee records.

    • Manage attendance, leave tracking, and employee documentation.

    • Support onboarding, employee engagement, and exit formalities.

    Administration:

    • Handle day-to-day office administration, vendor follow-ups, and logistics.

    • Maintain office supplies, petty cash, and documentation.

    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

    Accounts:

    • Perform daily bookkeeping and data entry in Tally.

    • Support GST filing, invoice preparation, and payment tracking.

    • Coordinate with external accountants for monthly reports.

    KPI: Performance Metrics

    • Accuracy in data entry and reporting.

    • Timely submission of HR and accounting documentation.

    • Smooth daily operations and administrative efficiency.

    • Compliance with accounting and HR processes.


    Skills & Attitude 

    Required Skills:

    • Proficiency in Tally & MS Excel.

    • Strong communication and coordination skills.

    • Good organizational and multitasking ability.

    Preferred Skills:

    • Basic knowledge of GST, payroll, and HR compliance.

    • Experience in office administration or accounts support.

    Attitude Required for This Position:

    • Proactive and responsible approach to work.

    • Willingness to learn across multiple business functions.

    • Positive and team-oriented mindset.

    Age Criteria: 21–30 years
    Language(s): English & Tamil
    Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, HR, or Business Administration

    Relevant Industries: Consulting, Service-based, or SME organizations
