Furniture Design Engineer

Job Description:

• Develop and refine furniture designs using computer-aided design (CAD) software. 
   
• Create detailed 3D models, sketches, and technical drawings for manufacturing. 
   
• Research and select appropriate materials, considering factors like durability, cost, sustainability, and aesthetics. 
   
• Collaborate with interior designers, production teams, clients, and suppliers to ensure feasibility and quality. 
   
• Oversee or assist in the creation of prototypes, conducting tests to identify and resolve design flaws. 
   
• Ensure designs meet safety, ergonomic, and budget requirements. 
   
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform new designs. 
   
• Maintain project documentation and records.
