Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end HR operations – recruitment, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and employee records.

Ensure compliance with Factories Act, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.

Handle employee engagement, grievance management, and disciplinary processes.

Oversee administration activities – security, housekeeping, transport, and canteen management.
-
Support training, performance appraisals, and documentation.

Coordinate with management on HR policies and manpower planning.
Requirements:
-
Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
-
3+ years of experience in HR & Admin functions within API or chemical manufacturing setup.
-
Good knowledge of labor laws, compliance, and factory HR practices.
-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
