Job Description:

  • Project management: 
    Oversee electrical and other projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are executed on time and efficiently. 
     
  • Maintenance and reliability: 
    Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all equipment, and manage major overhauls for turbines, boilers, and other critical machinery. 
     
  • Safety and compliance: 
    Enforce all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and ensure adherence to local and international standards, including performing safety audits. 
     
  • Budget and performance: 
    Prepare and manage operational and maintenance budgets. Analyze plant performance data to identify issues and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement. 
     
  • Team leadership: 
    Supervise, mentor, and train a team of engineers and technicians. Foster teamwork and ensure effective resource allocation. 
     
  • Stakeholder and vendor management: 
    Maintain good relationships with stakeholders, coordinate with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), and manage vendor relationships and contract compliance. 
     
Qualifications and skills
  • Education:
