Maintenance and reliability:Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all equipment, and manage major overhauls for turbines, boilers, and other critical machinery.

Safety and compliance:Enforce all health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies and ensure adherence to local and international standards, including performing safety audits.

Budget and performance:Prepare and manage operational and maintenance budgets. Analyze plant performance data to identify issues and implement corrective actions for continuous improvement.

Team leadership:Supervise, mentor, and train a team of engineers and technicians. Foster teamwork and ensure effective resource allocation.
