Position: Director - Integrated Rural Development Program
Location: Bandra - Mumbai
Experience: 15 - 20 years

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize, develop and oversee the implementation of a comprehensive strategy for agribased rural development project and skilling with community participation for the benefit ofsmall and landless farmers and their families, aligned with the organization's mission and goals.
- Work closely with government agencies, community-based organizations, and other stakeholders to build partnerships and mobilize resources for program implementation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to a team of program managers and specialists, ensuring that they are delivering high-quality programs and services to communities across project locations.
- Ensure effective monitoring and evaluation of program activities, with a focus on impact assessment and continuous improvement.
- Develop and manage the program budget, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently and effectively.
- Engage and collaborate with YP functions (internal), Fundraising Team, Sponsors/Donors to drive support to the field teams in their project execution.
- Foster a culture of innovation, learning, process orientation, system adoption and collaboration
- within the program team with a clear focus on building strong and motivated performance oriented teams.
- Provide thought and idea leadership that capitalises on trends in the rural landscape and provide alternatives to the team to achieve their skilling objectives.

High energy, strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of professionals.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build partnerships and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated understanding of the social, economic, and political context of rural India, with a focus on aspirational districts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and evidence to inform program design and decision-making.
- Experience with budget management, grant writing, and fundraising.
- Experience in working at Senior Levels in organisations like PRADAN, SRIJAN, CInI and similar and managing large rural development programs sponsored by large Indian and International
- Organisations will be an added advantage.
Required Qualification: - Master Degree - Rural Development/Social Work/Public Policy
Salary: - Upto 20.00 LPA
