PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Job Description:

• Process Optimization: 

  Develop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes to maximize efficiency and minimize waste. 

   
• Quality Assurance: 

  Monitor production lines to ensure products meet established quality standards and collaborate with the quality control team. 

   
• Data Analysis: 

  Analyze production data to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and provide reports to management. 

   
• Team Leadership: 

  Supervise and mentor production staff, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with operational procedures. 

   
• Cross-functional Collaboration: 

  Work with design, engineering, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure smooth workflow and resolve production issues. 

   
• Cost Management: 

  Calculate production, labor, and material costs; suggest and implement cost-saving measures. 

   
• Equipment Management: 

  Evaluate and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and schedule necessary maintenance. 

   
• Safety and Compliance: 

  Enforce and maintain health, safety, and environmental standards in the production environment.
