Job Description:
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the electrical stamping and lamination market.
  • Identify and target potential clients, including manufacturers of electrical equipment, motors, transformers, and electronics.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key customers by understanding their technical requirements and business challenges.
  • Present, promote, and sell custom and standard electrical stamping products, effectively communicating their features, specifications, and applications.
  • Collaborate with the in-house engineering and production teams to ensure that products meet customer needs and specifications.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential and existing clients.
  • Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to customers.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing, and manage the sales cycle from initial inquiry to final order dispatch.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company's brand and generate leads.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline status in a CRM system.
