Role & Responsibilities (R in BARE Fit)

Role Summary

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to drive B2B sales and client relationship management in the self-adhesive label stock, printing, packaging, or industrial tapes industry. The candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, expanding market presence, and nurturing long-term relationships with customers in the Chennai region.

KRA: Task / Activities

  • Develop & manage B2B sales pipeline for Self Adhesive Labels, Stock paper, Films, Tapes, Art Paper, & Boards.
  • Generate new leads, follow up with prospects, and convert opportunities into long-term business
  • Visit clients across Chennai and Tamil Nādu to build and maintain strong relationships
  • Prepare and present quotations, negotiate deals, and close sales
  • Track competitor activity and identify market expansion opportunities
  • Coordinate with dispatch/logistics for order fulfillment and post-sale support
  • Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to the management 

KPI: Performance Metrics

  • Monthly sales revenue target achievement
  • Number of client meetings and new leads generated
  • Client retention and repeat order rate
  • Conversion rate from leads to orders
  • Timely reporting and documentation 

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)

Required Skills

Preferred skills

  • Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
  • Experience in industrial or packaging product sales
  • Excellent communication in English and Tamil
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage field visits independently
  • Experience in self-adhesive label stock, printing consumables, or tapes
  • Knowledge of printing industry or packaging OEMs
  • Basic reporting skills in Excel and CRM (if applicable)
