Job Description:
An Admin & Facility Officer manages office operations, ensures facility maintenance and safety, and handles administrative support. Responsibilities

- Handle office supplies inventory, ordering, and equipment maintenance.
- Manage correspondence, answer phones, and assist with scheduling and travel.
- Coordinate office services like mail, reception, and security.
- Organize and support company events and meetings.

- Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs for a safe and productive work environment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and building regulations.
- Coordinate with vendors for services and manage service contracts.
- Manage facility budgets, negotiate contracts, and process invoices.
- Plan and coordinate office space, including moves and reconfigurations.
- Oversee maintenance, cleanliness, and repairs for a safe and productive work environment.

- Act as the main point of contact for facility-related issues.
- Provide support to staff with office-related requests.
- Assist with onboarding new employees.

Qualifications and skills

Education:A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field is often required.
