Job Description:
    • Strategic planning: Develop and execute international sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed export targets. Analyze international markets and competitor activity to identify business opportunities and expand market presence.
    • Business development: Build and maintain relationships with international clients, brokers, and distributors. Negotiate profitable sales contracts and acquire new accounts.
    • Market intelligence: Stay up-to-date on international trade regulations, market trends, consumer behavior, and competitors. This includes an understanding of trade finance programs and government regulations regarding export.
    • Operational management: Oversee the entire export process, including negotiations, pricing, and documentation. Collaborate with internal teams like production, quality control, and logistics to ensure smooth order execution.
    • Brand management: Implement global branding strategies while adapting communication and campaigns to suit local cultural nuances.
    • Performance monitoring: Analyze market data to measure campaign effectiveness, track sales performance, and provide market feedback to senior leadership.
    • Team leadership: Manage and mentor the international sales and marketing team to ensure they meet performance targets.
