Mechanical Assembly Fitter

Job Description:

• Assembly: 

  Assembling machines, conveyors, and other industrial equipment from parts based on technical drawings and specifications. 

   
• Installation: 

  Installing and fitting components and sub-assemblies to build functional systems. 

   
• Tooling: 

  Using various hand and power tools like drills, saws, and other equipment to assemble and modify parts. 

   
• Maintenance and troubleshooting: 

  Performing routine maintenance, identifying issues, and troubleshooting problems to ensure the machinery functions correctly. 

   
• Safety: 

  Adhering to safety protocols and using appropriate safety gear, especially when working with heavy equipment or in confined spaces. 

   
• Quality control: 

  Verifying that all assembled parts meet the required specifications and quality standards.
