Role Summary

As a Marketing Executive at Beil Infra, you will work closely with the business development and project teams to drive growth, create and implement marketing strategies for infrastructure projects, and enhance the company’s brand presence. You will support lead generation, client communications, market research, and campaign execution to help convert opportunities and support revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities in the infrastructure sector (roads, construction, civil works, etc).

  • Develop marketing plans and campaigns (both digital & offline) aligned with the company’s business goals.

  • Support lead generation: identify potential clients, prepare proposals/presentations, follow up with prospects.

  • Maintain and update CRM records, track marketing KPIs, prepare periodic reports on campaign performance.

  • Collaborate with sales / business‐development / project teams to ensure smooth transition of leads into projects.

  • Manage marketing collateral: brochures, presentations, website content, social media posts, emailers, trade‐show materials.

  • Support brand building and communication: company website updates, social media presence, press releases, event coordination.

  • Assist in organising and participating in industry events, exhibitions, client visits, networking sessions.

  • Help monitor marketing budget, vendor relationships, and ensure cost‐effective implementation of campaigns.

  • Support client relationship management: maintain contact with key clients/partners, gather feedback, ensure client satisfaction insights.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • MBA (Marketing) from a recognised institute.

  • 2–3 years of hands‐on experience in marketing, business development or client‐facing roles (preferably in infrastructure / construction / engineering sector).

  • Good understanding of marketing concepts, both digital and offline channels.

  • Strong communication (verbal & written) and presentation skills.

  • Ability to prepare proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.

  • Comfortable working with CRM tools, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and basic analytics of marketing data.

  • Willingness to travel for client interactions, project site visits, and industry events.

  • Self‐starter, proactive attitude, ability to work cross‐functionally with multiple teams.

Preferred / Desirable

  • Exposure to the infrastructure sector (civil construction, roads, bridges, real‐estate, etc) or B2B marketing in heavy industry.

  • Digital marketing skills: social media, email campaigns, content management, SEO/SEM basics.

  • Experience organising/attending trade‐shows, industry networking events or client presentations.

  • Familiarity with marketing budget management, vendor coordination.

  • An analytical mindset: comfortable pulling insights from data, recommending improvements.
