Compensation: ₹5–7 LPA (depending on experience and creative portfolio)
Experience Range: 4–8 years
Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master’s in Design, Communication, or Visual Arts
Age Group: 25–35 years
Role Overview
The Luxury Brand Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and executing high-quality visual content across Munna Maharaj Group’s luxury catering and FMCG brands. This includes packaging, digital media, product labeling, UI/UX design, and video editing. The role requires someone with a deep understanding of design language for premium and luxury FMCG products and luxury catering, a refined aesthetic sense, and the ability to translate the brand ethos into visually striking, timeless designs.
The designer will work closely with the marketing and brand teams to ensure consistent creative direction across digital, print, and product experiences — delivering designs that embody elegance, craftsmanship, and sophistication.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand & Packaging Design
Design and develop product labels, packaging, and visual identity systems for FMCG and hospitality brands.
Ensure every design communicates a premium, minimal, and refined aesthetic aligned with the brand’s ethos.
Collaborate with printing and packaging vendors for color accuracy, materials, and finish selection.
Manage product mock-ups, dielines, and 3D visualization for presentations.
2. Digital & Social Media Design
Conceptualize and create high-impact visuals for Instagram, LinkedIn, websites, and digital campaigns.
Design brand decks, digital ads, and visual storytelling assets for campaigns and launches.
Ensure consistency in colour palettes, typography, and tone across all online platforms.
3. UI/UX & Website Design
Design UI/UX layouts for brand websites, e-commerce pages, and microsites.
Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes that merge elegance with usability.
Work closely with developers to ensure design fidelity during implementation.
4. Video Editing & Motion Graphics
Create short-form videos and animations for social media, events, and product launches.
Develop engaging content with transitions, text overlays, and branded aesthetics.
Work with the marketing team to maintain storytelling consistency in all videos.
5. Creative Strategy & Collaboration
Participate in brand brainstorming, campaign ideation, and creative direction sessions.
Support the product and marketing teams in building luxury visual narratives for all communications.
Stay updated with design trends in the global FMCG, hospitality, and luxury sectors.
Preferred Profile
Proven experience working with premium or luxury brands (FMCG, F&B, fashion, or hospitality).
Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, XD/Figma).
Aesthetic understanding of luxury visual language – typography, space, color harmony, and detailing.
Experience in labeling, packaging, social media creatives, UI/UX, and video editing.
Excellent visual communication skills and attention to design precision.
Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously under tight timelines.
Remuneration
CTC Range: ₹5–7 LPA
Performance-linked incentives post first annual review.
