The Store Manager is responsible for leading all store operations at the branch. This includes delivering excellent customer service, achieving sales goals, maintaining brand standards, ensuring operational efficiency, and developing the in-store team. The role requires a strong understanding of luxury retail operations and the ability to inspire and manage a team to achieve consistent performance.

KRA: Task / Activities

1. Attend Walking Customer

2. Explain Product and close sales

3. Maintain Stock

4. Manage Store Operations

5. Drive Sales and Customer Service

6. Achieve Sales Targets

7. Lead and Supervise Staff

8. Handle Financial Tasks

- Monthly Sales Achievement vs Target- Conversion Rate & Average Bill Value- Customer Service Rating and Feedback- Staff Performance and Attendance- Inventory Accuracy & Shrinkage Control- Visual Merchandising Standards- Store Audit & Compliance Scores

Skills & Attitude (A in BARE Fit)

Required Skills

1. Previous experience in retail management,

2. Ideally in Eyewear

3. Strong leadership and customer service skills.

4. Ability to analyse sales data and manage a

5. budget.

6. Proficient in MS Office

7. Above 4 years of Experience

· The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership qualities with a proactive and positive attitude. Must be customer-oriented and result-driven and uphold a premium brand image through personal grooming and communication. Should exhibit integrity, punctuality, accountability, and teamwork while handling daily store operations. Passion for retail and luxury brands is highly desirable
