HR Associate
EXP- 3 to 6 yrs
Male candidate only
Notice period- 10 to 15 days
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

Handle end-to-end recruitment process for all levels (screening, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, and onboarding).

Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.

Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and update the hiring tracker.

Ensure timely closure of open positions as per business needs.
- Work majorly would be recruitment of Sales and Technical and along with other HR process
2. HR Operations & Generalist Activities

Maintain employee records and HR database (attendance, leave, and personnel files).

Coordinate joining formalities, induction, and exit process.

Assist in drafting HR policies, circulars, and notices.

Handle statutory compliance coordination
