Key Responsibilities

 

 

A. Corporate Sales Management

 

  • Case Handling: Take complete charge of handling all corporate sales cases, ensuring a smooth and professional sales process.

  • Lead Conversion: Be directly responsible for managing and converting a minimum of 5 corporate leads into successful sales every cycle.

  • Target Achievement: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve corporate and fleet vehicle sales volume and value targets.

  • B2B & Fleet Sales: Proactively identify, prospect, and engage with potential corporate clients and fleet buyers (e.g., cab aggregators, logistics companies, government entities, and large businesses).

 

B. Relationship & Network Building

 

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate clients and fleet buyers to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.

  • Branch Coordination: Coordinate effectively with all internal dealership branches to align on inventory, logistics, documentation, and delivery schedules for corporate orders.

 

C. Operations and Administration

 

  • Negotiation: Handle large-scale negotiations and tender participation for bulk vehicle purchases.

  • Documentation: Oversee the submission and processing of all required documentation, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and RTO regulations.

  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on corporate market trends, competitor activities, and new product launches to inform sales strategies.


 

Candidate Profile

 

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience, preferably in the Automobile Sector, specifically in Corporate or B2B sales.

  • Mindset: Must be a results-driven professional with proven experience in corporate sales.

  • Soft Skills: Strong leadership, excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and coordination abilities.
