Role/ Job Title: Head Product and Governance – Issuer

Function/ Department: Toll & Transit

Job Purpose:

The resource will be responsible for overall product portfolio, Service and Governance on the Issuer Business side.

Roles & Responsibilities:

· Managing a team of Product managers and service/governance team. Ensure the revenue and cost

objectives of the team is met.

· Developing strategic plans to expand the product offerings.

· Keeping the working knowledge of the industry's climate and competition to effectively implement the

strategy.

· Preparing and delivering the report of the management on a frequent basis

· Ensure the business acquisition is compiled and maintain quality of business.

· Focus on building capabilities.

· Ensuring the cross-selling of other products.

· Ensuring that customer satisfaction levels are high.

· Ensure necessary product changes and modifications are built as per the necessary timelines and

requirements.

· Achieve cross-sell revenues are achieved.

· Understanding Government policies and directives

· Deep knowledge of regulatory guidelines in PPI

· Revenue and profitability.

· Team and culture building.
