Job Description:
Sales Manager jobs for Residential Construction firm at Bhosari in Pune.
Qualification: Any Graduate or MBA-Marketing with min 2 to 5 years in flats sellingJob Profile:
- Attending the walk-in customer as well as providing information about the site project and convert them for buying a property.
- To Explain the floor plans, specifications about the project and render appropriate information for all the details of the project and also showing the sample flat to customer.
- To maintain all the records like Name,Email id,contact no,etc of walk-in enquiries and update the same on regular intervals to companys ERP Software.
- Participating marketing activities like property exhibitions,market survey,deciding hoarding locations and providing details to willing customer.
- Handling various projects of company as per the requirement basis.
- To make follow-up to the customer for the recovery of payments in co-ordination with Marketing Manager.
- Reply to web enquiries,follow-up to the customer after site visits and exhibitions.
- Good communication and negotiation skill.
- Self motivated and innovative in his work.
- Both Male / Female candidates can apply
- Salary: Package Rs 20000 to 25000 per month + fixed incentive per booking
