- Any Graduate/ Under Graduate (with min.6 months of International Call center experience)
- Willing to work in Night Shift.
- Knowledge of basic computer operations
- Provide best-in-class customer service and problem resolution to customer queries over the voice based phone service.
- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
