Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Time Office Management

Monitor, record, and verify daily employee attendance using biometric or digital timekeeping systems.

Manage shift rosters, over-time (OT) records, and ensure proper approvals as per company policy.

Coordinate with department heads for shift planning, holiday schedules, and manpower availability.

Reconcile attendance discrepancies and generate daily/weekly/monthly reports for management review.

Support payroll processing by providing accurate attendance and OT data.
Leave Management
-
Maintain and update employee leave records in HRIS.
-
Process leave applications, track leave balances, and ensure compliance with company policy and labor laws.

Address employee queries related to leave policies, entitlements, and attendance.

Prepare monthly leave and absenteeism reports for HR review.
HR Operations Support

Assist in maintaining employee personal files and HR documentation.

Support statutory compliance activities related to working hours, leave, and attendance (e.g., Factories Act, Shops & Establishment).

Coordinate with HR, Admin, and Payroll teams for data accuracy.

Assist in onboarding/offboarding activities and general HR administrative support.
