Job Description:

Role: HR Officer/Asst. Manager - Talent Acquisition (TA)

Experience: 3-5 years in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment

Department: Human Resources

## Job Summary:

The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent & partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and identify talent requirements.

 ## Responsibilities:

- Recruitment: Candidates sourcing from Job Portals - Naukri and Social Media - LinkedIn Etc.

- Offer Negotiation and On boarding.

- Coordination with Business Managers and Leaders for Interview Scheduling and Feedbacks.

- Pre Joining Candidate Connect and keeping the recruitment tracker updated

 - Develop recruitment strategies and plans to meet hiring goals

- Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, and applicant tracking

- Conduct interviews and assessments to identify top talent

- Collaborate with HR team to ensure seamless on boarding and integration of new hires

- Analyze recruitment metrics and provide insights to improve processes

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition

- Build relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders

 

 ## Requirements:

- Proven track record of success in attracting and hiring top talent

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field

 

## Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with social media recruiting and employer branding

- Knowledge of labor laws and HR Operation/HRMS software/Advance Excel /PPT

- Certification in talent acquisition or HR (e.g., SHRM if any.)
