About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function and support the organization’s growth. The ideal candidate will oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and strategic HR initiatives. This is a senior profile requiring strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full spectrum of HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and exit processes.

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business objectives.

• Design and execute employee engagement and retention programs.

• Oversee statutory compliance, HR policies, and documentation.

• Handle grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

• Monitor attendance, leaves, and ensure accurate payroll processing.

• Conduct training needs analysis and coordinate learning & development programs.

• Collaborate with department heads to manage manpower planning and workforce development.

• Maintain HR analytics and prepare regular reports for management review.

• Ensure a positive work culture and drive organizational values across teams.

Requirements:

• Qualification: MBA in HR / PGDM in Human Resources or equivalent.

• Experience: 5–6 years in HR management, preferably in a corporate setup.

• Strong understanding of HR laws, policies, and best practices.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in MS Office, HRMS, and payroll software.

• Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in operational HR.
