The candidate will be responsible for enhancing productivity, optimizing process efficiency, and improving overall yield across all production stages.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day production activities and ensure smooth plant operations.

Lead technical initiatives for process optimization, machinery efficiency, and product quality enhancement.

Monitor production parameters to achieve target output, yield, and cost efficiency.
