Role Overview
The Marketing Executive will assist in executing marketing, branding, and promotional strategies to enhance the visibility, footfall, and brand image of the mall. The role involves supporting marketing campaigns, managing events, coordinating with tenants, handling media communications, and contributing to the overall marketing objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilitie
1. Marketing & Branding
Support the Marketing Manager in planning and executing the mall’s marketing strategies and campaigns.
Assist in the implementation of the annual marketing calendar and integrated marketing communication (IMC) plans.
Coordinate with advertising agencies, creative partners, and vendors to deliver marketing materials and campaigns.
Maintain brand standards and ensure consistency across all marketing and communication platforms.
2. Promotions & Events
Plan, organize, and execute mall events, seasonal promotions, and tenant-led activities to drive footfall and customer engagement.
Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for event setup, logistics, and execution.
Monitor event performance and prepare post-event reports with key outcomes and insights.
3. Public Relations & Communication
Draft and distribute press releases and promotional content for events and campaigns.
Manage media coordination, influencer engagement, and local partnerships.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and ensure timely responses through various communication channels.
4. Tenant Relations
Communicate regularly with tenants regarding upcoming campaigns, offers, and mall activities.
Support tenant engagement initiatives to foster strong mall–tenant relationships.
Assist in preparing tenant newsletters and feedback reports.
5. Digital Marketing
Support the mall’s social media strategy by creating and scheduling content across digital platforms.
Track performance metrics and engagement reports for social campaigns.
Coordinate with digital agencies for online advertising and promotions.
6. Market Research & Analysis
Conduct research on competitors, customer preferences, and local market trends.
Assist in preparing marketing performance reports and presentations for management.
7. Budget Support
Assist the Marketing Manager in maintaining records of campaign expenses and vendor payments.
Ensure adherence to allocated marketing budgets for individual activities.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals, event planning, and digital marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva or similar design tools is a plus.
Creativity, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
A team player with strong interpersonal skills
