Job Description:

Designation: Regional Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager
Shift Timings: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Working Days: 6 days a week Monday to Saturday 
Week Off: Sunday
Locations: Bangalore
Experience: Minimum 10 years for Manager positions
Salary: Best in the market
Qualification: Chem/ Mechanical

Expertise : Boiler Steam, Pharma- equipment’s experience.

  • Familiarity with product line & market segment application
  • Key account management skills

  • Should be able to take independent decisions
  • Good Engineering basics.
  • Understanding of mechanical engineering drawings and processes.
  • Technical Knowledge to suggest the customer the right product
  • Achieve Sales Volume, volume growth, product market Share and gross Margins in line with the company's business plan.
  • Develop and strengthen robust customer relationship Handling technical support calls and providing other logistical support as requested.
  • Get drawing, design qualification & other documents approved.
  • Liaise with manufacturing units.
  • Manage sales team.
  • Attend all the inquiries received from the territory/region and communicate to client including submission of offer, drawings, literature etc
  • Travel to territories/regions for follow up of offers submitted, generation of new inquiries, attending client complaints and helping them to solve the problem in co-ordination wittmanufacturing units and service department by involving product people
  • Preparation of MIS for follow up
  • To look out for a suitable agent and inform marketing department for relevant action plan.
  • In case we have agent in the territory, review his performance
  • Provide required information on our international competitors for various items. Conduct a detail study on their strength, technical details and pricing and give necessary feedback to product people
  • To achieve set target from territory allocated
  • Developing and retaining markets and customers
