Job Description:

We have urgent opening for BIM Mechanical Design Engineer.

Location - Bengaluru

Experience - Minimum 3 Yr

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation of HVAC services drawings in Revit.

• Preparation of the design, drafting, submission of documents, Heat Load calculation using HAP software as per ASHRAE and authorities like Dubai Municipality, JAFZA-Trakhees standards.

• Designing the cooling and heating load calculation, selection of AHU's split system, exhaust fan, grille section, duct layout and pipe routing.

• Preparation and development of detailed design of mechanical heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems for different types of buildings.

• Preparing the tentative schedules for equipment's by selecting the chillers, primary and secondary pumps, fans AHU's, FCU's, closed circuit units (precision units), splits units depending on the total load estimate.

• Calculating the static pressure for FHAU's, AHU's, fans and total head for the chilled water pumps for selection requirement. Requirements to Apply

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC system design, with hands-on BIM experience.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP and HAP software for load calculations.

• In-depth knowledge of HVAC system design, including chilled water systems, ductwork design, and mechanical equipment selection.

• Strong understanding of ASHRAE standards, local authority codes (DM, Trakhees, JAFZA), and submission requirements.

• Ability to perform detailed calculations for static pressure, head loss, and equipment sizing.

• Excellent coordination and communication skills to work in a multidisciplinary team environment.
