Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Customer Relationship Manager to lead Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Facility Management, and Hospitality Services within a construction or real estate development environment. The role ensures seamless client engagement, high satisfaction, and smooth post-handover services.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

  • Serve as the primary contact between clients and the project team throughout the construction lifecycle.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

  • Address customer queries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.

  • Manage client walkthroughs, handovers, and after-sales services.

  • Conduct regular follow-ups to monitor and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain CRM systems with accurate and updated client data.

Facility & Hospitality Management

  • Oversee facility operations to ensure uptime, safety, and service quality.

  • Manage hospitality services during client visits, walkthroughs, or events.

  • Ensure compliance with brand and service standards across all client touchpoints.


Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or facility management, preferably in construction or real estate.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency in CRM software.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail.

  • Professional demeanor and client-centric approach.
