Job Description:
An HR Officer Cum Admin is responsible for managing both human resources and administrative tasks, which includes recruitment, payroll, and employee relations, as well as overseeing office operations like managing supplies, facilities, and schedules. Key duties involve ensuring legal compliance, maintaining employee records, supporting HR policies, and ensuring the smooth, efficient day-to-day function of the workplace. 
 
Key responsibilities
 
Human Resources
  • Recruitment and onboarding: Managing the hiring process from job posting to onboarding new employees.
  • Employee records: Maintaining and updating employee records, files, and documentation accurately.
  • Payroll and benefits: Administering payroll, benefits, and tax reporting.
  • Employee relations: Handling employee grievances, performance management, and fostering a positive workplace.
  • Compliance: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, company policies, and government regulations.
  • Training: Organizing and facilitating employee training and development programs. 
 
Administration
  • Office management: Overseeing general office operations, including managing office supplies, inventory, and facility maintenance.
  • Coordination: Scheduling meetings, appointments, and company events.
  • Communication: Preparing and distributing internal communications.
  • Liaison: Coordinating with other departments and external vendors. 
 
Qualifications and skills
  • Education: A bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field is often required.
  • Experience: Prior experience in both HR and administrative roles is beneficial.
  • Skills: Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills are essential for managing dual responsibilities and handling confidential information
