Job Description:
Role Objective
To acquire, manage and grow mid-corporate client relationships (typically ₹100–₹750 Cr turnover segment) by delivering credit solutions, liability products, and transaction banking services while ensuring portfolio quality and compliance.
🏆 Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

Identify & onboard mid-corporate clients in Chennai region

Build multi-level relationships with promoters, CFOs, and treasury heads
-
Manage end-to-end client onboarding, documentation & compliance
-
Drive customer satisfaction and wallet share growth
2️⃣ Credit & Risk Management
-
Assess borrowing requirements & structure credit proposals (Working Capital / TL / NFB)
-
Financial statement analysis: ratios, cash flows, capital structure, industry benchmarking
-
Prepare Credit Appraisal Memos for internal approvals
-
Monitor portfolio health – reviews, renewals, early warning signals
3️⃣ Business Growth & Revenue Generation

Deliver AOP targets for:

Asset Book Growth (WC, CC, OD, BG, LC, TL, LAP, etc.)

Liabilities Mobilization (CA / SA / Term Deposits)

Transaction Banking (CMS, FX, Trade Finance)

Cross-sell treasury, cash mgmt., corporate salary, digital solutions
4️⃣ Compliance & Governance

Maintain strict adherence to KYC/AML, RBI norms & internal risk policies

Ensure clean portfolio — manage overdue positions & CMA breaches
