Job Description:
- Responsible for creating & maintaining relationship with customer.
- Responsible for resolving customer queries and providing quick service.
- Responsible for updating customer about his purchased product.
- Responsible for pitching customer for new product and/or coverage that needs to be increased.
- Responsible for client meet & Client engagement.
- Responsible for identifying opportunities for expanding business.
