1. Administrative Support

Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Prepare, edit, and organize correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents.

Maintain organized filing systems (digital and physical).

Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
2. Communication & Coordination
-
Act as the primary point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders.

Draft and manage correspondence, emails, and communications on behalf of the Director.

Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and conferences.

Take meeting minutes, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
3. Project & Operational Support

Assist in project coordination, tracking timelines, and deliverables.

Conduct research, compile data, and prepare briefing materials as needed.

Support strategic and operational initiatives led by the Director.
4. Relationship Management
-
Build and maintain positive relationships with key partners, clients, and internal teams.
-
Liaise with other departments to ensure alignment with the Director’s priorities.
5. Office & Team Support
-
Oversee administrative logistics for departmental events, workshops, and offsites.
-
Manage expense reports, budgets, and vendor coordination.

Support team communications and engagement activities.
