Location : Mumbai (Jogeshwari West)
Salary Budget : 3.50 to 6.00 LPA

Job Overview:
The HR / Admin Executive will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resource and administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations and a productive work environment. The role includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and general office administration, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organization.
Human Resources:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
- Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
- Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of HR data.
- Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and documentation.
- Assist in performance management and employee appraisal activities.
- Handle employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and grievance redressal.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.
Administration:
- Oversee office facilities, maintenance, and vendor management.
- Manage procurement of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics.
- Maintain records of assets, utilities, and service agreements.
- Liaise with external agencies, service providers, and local authorities as needed.
- Support management in budgeting, documentation, and audit requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, labour compliance, and office management.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
