Position               : HR / Admin Executive

Location              : Mumbai (Jogeshwari West)

Salary Budget     : 3.50 to 6.00 LPA

Gender                 : Female

 

Job Overview:

The HR / Admin Executive will be responsible for managing a wide range of human resource and administrative functions to ensure efficient office operations and a productive work environment. The role includes overseeing recruitment, employee relations, compliance, and general office administration, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the organization.

 

Human Resources:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Maintain and update employee records, attendance, and leave management systems.
  • Support payroll processing and ensure timely submission of HR data.
  • Prepare HR letters, employment contracts, and documentation.
  • Assist in performance management and employee appraisal activities.
  • Handle employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and grievance redressal.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and statutory regulations.

 

Administration:

  • Oversee office facilities, maintenance, and vendor management.
  • Manage procurement of office supplies, stationery, and equipment.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, meetings, and event logistics.
  • Maintain records of assets, utilities, and service agreements.
  • Liaise with external agencies, service providers, and local authorities as needed.
  • Support management in budgeting, documentation, and audit requirements.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–5 years of experience in HR and administrative functions.
  • Strong understanding of HR practices, labour compliance, and office management.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
