Job Description:

About the Role: The National Sales Head will lead sales operations across India, driving growth in the uPVC profiles and window systems segment. The role requires a strong leader who can develop a high-performing sales organization, strengthen the fabricator network, penetrate new project segments, and achieve national revenue and market share objectives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy & Growth

 Develop and execute national sales strategies to achieve annual business targets in both fabricator and project segments.

 Expand  footprint in untapped regions through strategic channel and fabricator development.

 Drive sales for Company’s uPVC profiles, doors, and windows across all regions with a focus on sustained profitability. Team Leadership

 Make a sales team, lead, train, and motivate regional and area sales managers to deliver consistent results.

 Define KPIs/KRAs for the sales team and monitor performance on a monthly basis.

 Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, design, and production teams for smooth order execution. Fabricator Network Development

 Strengthen and expand the authorized fabricator network across India.

 Identify and onboard new fabricators, ensuring they receive proper training and marketing support.

 Establish structured communication and feedback channels with fabricators for retention and growth. Project Sales & Business Development

 Build strong relationships with architects, builders, developers, and contractors to drive large-scale project sales.

 Monitor key government, institutional, and private projects to secure early-stage specifications for Company systems.

 Oversee quotation processes, tender participation, and price negotiations for major projects. Market Intelligence & Reporting

 Track competitor activities, market trends, and pricing movements to stay ahead of the market.

 Prepare and present periodic sales reports, performance reviews, and forecasts to senior management.

 Work closely with marketing to plan trade exhibitions, fabricator meets, and promotional activities.

 

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

 Achievement of monthly/annual sales targets (volume & value)

 Number of new fabricators appointed and retention ratio

 Growth in project acquisition and conversion rate

 Regional sales performance vs. plan

 Timely submission of reports and accurate forecasting

 

Qualifications & Experience:

 Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration / Marketing / Engineering.

 Minimum 10 years of experience in uPVC window & door systems, aluminum systems, or building materials industry.

 Proven experience in managing nationwide sales operations and teams.

 Strong understanding of fabricator sales, project management, channel distribution, and window system business.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
