Job Description:
Regulatory & Government Liaison
Build and maintain strong relationships with central, state,
and local government authorities, industry bodies, and
regulatory agencies.
Ensure timely approvals, licenses, and compliance with
applicable laws and policies.
Track policy developments in the renewable energy and
captive power sector and assess their impact on the
organization.
Corporate Governance & Compliance
Support the leadership in ensuring adherence to corporate
governance standards and statutory obligations.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with
environmental, legal, and power sector–specific regulations.
Stakeholder & Industry Engagement
Represent the company in forums, conferences, and
industry associations to influence policies and enhance
organizational visibility.
Act as the company’s spokesperson with external
stakeholders, supporting advocacy and reputation
management.
Strategic Advisory
Provide insights on regulatory and policy frameworks
impacting renewable captive power projects.
Partner with business development, finance, and operations
teams to align corporate affairs initiatives with business
strategy.
Crisis & Issues Management
Anticipate and mitigate risks arising from regulatory,
political, or social developments.
Lead response strategies for corporate communication
during critical events.
