Position:         Asst./Dy. Manager - HR(Corporate)

Location:        Santacruz - Mumbai

Responsibilities:  

• Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage the full hiring cycle, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to extending job offers and facilitating the onboarding of new employees.
• Employee Relations: Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, manage disciplinary actions, and promote a positive and productive work environment.
• Benefits and Compensation: Administer employee benefits programs, process payroll, and help ensure compensation is competitive and compliant with regulations.
• HR Policy and Compliance: Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures. Ensure the company complies with all local, state, and federal employment laws and regulations.
• Training and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate learning and development programs, and assist employees with career development.
• Performance Management: Support the performance review process, provide guidance to managers, and help employees set and achieve performance goals.
• HRIS Management: Maintain and update the human resources information system (HRIS) with employee data.
• Employee Support: Act as a primary point of contact for employees, answering questions related to HR policies, benefits, and other workplace issues.
