Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Prepare and send quotations for scales, balances, and measuring instruments.
- Follow up with leads, negotiate, and close sales.
- Coordinate with the dispatch and technical teams for order execution.
- Maintain CRM data and ensure 100% follow-up closure.
- Assist the marketing team with product listings, pricing updates, and customer database management.
- Communicate with dealers, distributors, and repeat customers for new product requirements.
- Maintain product knowledge across categories of all types of Lab Instruments and Analytical Instruments
Required Skills & Profile
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inside sales / back-office sales (preferably in industrial products or instruments).
- Strong communication (spoken & written English + Hindi + Marathi).
- Good negotiation and closing ability over phone/email.
- Proficiency in Excel, Word, and quotation drafting.
- Exposure to CRM tools preferred.
- Technical aptitude to understand weighing and measuring instruments.
Education
- Graduate in Science, Engineering, or Commerce (preferred: Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields).
- Should be able to grasp the technical workings of a product easily
