Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound sales inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.
  • Prepare and send quotations for scales, balances, and measuring instruments.
  • Follow up with leads, negotiate, and close sales.
  • Coordinate with the dispatch and technical teams for order execution.
  • Maintain CRM data and ensure 100% follow-up closure.
  • Assist the marketing team with product listings, pricing updates, and customer database management.
  • Communicate with dealers, distributors, and repeat customers for new product requirements.
  • Maintain product knowledge across categories of all types of Lab Instruments and Analytical Instruments

Required Skills & Profile

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in inside sales / back-office sales (preferably in industrial products or instruments).
  • Strong communication (spoken & written English + Hindi + Marathi).
  • Good negotiation and closing ability over phone/email.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and quotation drafting.
  • Exposure to CRM tools preferred.
  • Technical aptitude to understand weighing and measuring instruments.

Education

  • Graduate in Science, Engineering, or Commerce (preferred: Electronics, Instrumentation, or related fields).
  • Should be able to grasp the technical workings of a product easily
