Job Description:

ob Summary:

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving project sales within the industrial and MEP sectors, focusing on fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, and related systems. The role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement with consultants, contractors, and project owners.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial and infrastructure projects within the MEP domain.

  • Promote and sell fire protection systems and related MEP solutions to industrial clients, EPC contractors, and consultants.

  • Manage the complete sales cycle — from lead generation, proposal preparation, and negotiation to order closure.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, consultants, architects, and project management teams.

  • Coordinate with internal design, estimation, and project execution teams for technical proposals and solution presentations.

  • Track project pipelines through tendering platforms and ensure timely participation in bids.

  • Prepare and deliver technical and commercial presentations to clients.

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets as per business objectives.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to refine the company’s sales approach.

  • Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain healthy client satisfaction levels.


Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of MEP systems, especially fire protection, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical works.

  • Proven experience in project-based B2B sales within the industrial or infrastructure sector.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOQs.

  • Strong network with consultants, contractors, and industrial clients.

  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
