Job Description:
The individual will serve as a link between the Head Office and the Clinic, acting as an extension of the HO.
(Currently there is a team of 28 people – 8 at HO and balance at clinics, since receptionist and clinic managers report to HOD )
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage clinic operations and client relations.
- Looking after the customer experience and compliances at Clinic
- Ensure all instruments and equipment are in place.
- Set and monitor standard operating protocols.
- Lead and manage a team of 25+ members. (Currently there is a team of 28 people – 8 at HO and balance at clinics, since receptionist and clinic managers report to HOD )
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong presence of mind and leadership ability
- People-oriented and proactive in problem-solving
Experience: 10–20 years
