Sr Manager Client Servicing
Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage clinic operations and client relations
• Oversee customer experience and compliance at clinics
• Ensure all instruments and equipment are in place
• Set and monitor standard operating protocols
• Lead and manage a team of 25+ members (currently 28 members – 8 at HO and the rest at clinics; receptionists and clinic managers report to the HOD)
• Drive business performance and take ownership of P&L responsibilities
• Ensure SOP-driven operations across all clinics with a strong focus on customer retention and experience management
Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills
• Strong presence of mind and leadership ability
• People-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Strong experience in SOP-driven operations
• Focus on customer retention and delivering high-quality customer experience
Location: Nariman Point
Experience: 10+ Years
Working Days: 6 days (Alternate Saturday's Off)
