Job Summary

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales Manager to lead Acasa’s FMCG expansion across Modern Trade, Quick Commerce, HoReCa, and E-commerce (Amazon) channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales acumen, operational discipline, brand understanding, and team leadership skills to drive growth and profitability across all verticals.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across Modern Trade, Quick Commerce, HoReCa, and E-commerce channels.

  • Build and manage partnerships with Quick Commerce platforms (Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Instamart, etc.) ensuring visibility, fill rates, and timely deliveries.

  • Expand Modern Trade business — new tie-ups, branding opportunities, and store-level execution.

  • Acquire and manage HoReCa accounts to ensure strong partnerships and consistent growth.

  • Identify and onboard new retail stores and distributors to enhance market penetration.

  • Maintain P&L accountability for each vertical, ensuring profitability and adherence to company policies.

  • Monitor and reconcile payment cycles in coordination with finance and operations.

E-Commerce & Brand Coordination

  • Oversee product listings, catalog management, and optimization for Amazon and other online platforms.

  • Maintain online hygiene — accurate pricing, product data, images, and inventory levels.

  • Coordinate with marketing for product launches, creatives, and digital campaigns.

  • Identify branding and visibility opportunities within partner stores and marketplaces.

Team & Operations

  • Conduct regular market visits to assess visibility, merchandising, and compliance.

  • Train and mentor sales and promoter teams to boost performance and product knowledge.

  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure smooth supply chain operations and timely collections.

  • Collaborate with operations for seamless logistics and minimal product losses.

  • Provide market insights, competitor analysis, and category feedback for business strategy refinement.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA in Marketing preferred.

  • 5–7 years of FMCG (Food) sales experience, with exposure to Modern Trade, Quick Commerce, E-commerce, or HoReCa.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Proven experience managing Amazon or online retail operations.

  • Analytical and strategic mindset with a focus on execution excellence.
