Job Description:

Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and proven Business Development Manager with a strong track
record in cybersecurity and IT infrastructure sales. The ideal candidate will drive revenue
growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and
delivering technology solutions that meet our clients' needs.

Key Responsibilities:
 Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in cybersecurity, cloud, HCI,
backup & disaster recovery, and managed IT services.
 Develop strong client relationships by understanding IT and security challenges
(HIPAA, GDPR, FDA, etc.) and recommending suitable solutions.
 Lead end-to-end sales cycle — from lead generation, proposal preparation, to
negotiation and deal closure.
 Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline and exceed quarterly/annual sales targets.
 Partner with OEMs (Acronis, Unitrends, Rubrik, Scale Computing, etc.) and internal
solution architects to deliver compelling technical and commercial proposals.
 Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to provide insights
for continuous business improvement.
 Participate in marketing events, roadshows, and industry forums to promote
Tetrawiis offerings.

Requirements:
 3+ years of experience in IT B2B sales, with at least 2 years focused on cybersecurity
and/or infrastructure solutions.
 Proven ability to close complex sales in enterprise or mid-market segments.
 Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, backup solutions, HCI,
virtualization, and cloud infrastructure.
 Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
 Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

 Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or a related field. MBA preferred but not
mandatory.
 Prior experience working with OEMs or distributors like Acronis, Rubrik, Scale
Computing, or Unitrends is a plus.
