Job Description:

Role Overview:

The City Head will be responsible for leading PropertyPistol’s Hyderabad business operations with full accountability for revenue, people leadership, developer relationships, market growth, and city-level execution. The role requires a strong leader from the BFSI industry who has handled large teams, high-value B2C sales, and structured funnel-driven conversions.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Business & Revenue Leadership -

  • Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for the Hyderabad city.
  • Build and manage a robust sales funnel, ensuring strong conversion from leads to closures.
  • Track daily business performance, productivity, and pipeline health through structured reviews.
  • Plan city expansion in line with market potential and business goals.

2. Team Management & Capability Building -

  • Lead a team of ASM/SM/SSM and senior sales professionals.
  • Drive a disciplined operating rhythm: daily huddles, weekly reviews, coaching, and performance tracking.
  • Build team capability through training on sales techniques, customer handling, and process compliance.
  • Ensure CRM hygiene, SOP adherence, and high data accuracy across the team.

3. Developer & Relationship Management -

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top developers across Hyderabad.
  • Lead negotiations for better commercials, inventory access, and strategic tie-ups.
  • Ensure project readiness: pricing updates, inventory availability, site coordination, and developer meetings.
  • Track project-wise performance and implement corrective actions where required.

4. Customer Experience & Service Quality -

  • Ensure a superior customer experience throughout the sales cycle.
  • Oversee the quality of site visits, sales pitch, follow-ups, and negotiation handling.
  • Resolve escalations quickly and ensure seamless handover to the post-sales team.
  • Drive NPS and customer feedback improvements.

5. Market Intelligence & Competition Tracking -

  • Stay updated on Hyderabad’s micro-markets, pricing trends, launches, and competitive movements.
  • Identify new opportunities for city penetration and business growth.
  • Provide regular insights to senior leadership for strategic decision-making.

6.Cross-Functional Coordination -

  • Coordinate with Marketing for lead flow planning, campaign execution, and event management.
  • Collaborate with CRM, Finance, HR, and Training teams for smooth city operations.
  • Represent Hyderabad in monthly and quarterly business reviews with leadership.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Mandatory BFSI background (Banking / NBFC / Insurance / Consumer Finance / Wealth).
  • 10–15 years of experience in high-ticket, B2C, target-driven sales environments.
  • Experience leading large teams (25–100+) with strong control on field execution.
  • Strong understanding of funnel management, performance metrics, and revenue governance.
  • Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills.
  • Comfort with analytics, dashboards, and data-driven decision-making.

Preferred Qualities:

  • Prior exposure to Hyderabad market.
  • Strong leadership presence with a hands-on execution style.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a fast-paced environment.
